The following questions help determine your service’s eligibility for inclusion on thehealthline.ca.

Included on a list of pre-approved subject authorities for specific services (diagnostic imaging centres, hospitals, Independent Health Facilities, LHIN home and community care, long-term care homes, medical laboratories, OBSP centres, pharmacies, physiotherapy clinics, public health units, retirement homes)?
 
3. Support a person’s ability to remain living independently and involved in the community?
