78 non-profit seniors and special needs apartments * 23 designated accessible (handicapped) units, however entire building is wheelchair accessible * 16 to 18 Supportive Care Housing units administered through the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) and Participation Lodge
Wellness Support Program - tenants have access to a Wellness Advisor * blood pressure clinics, seminars on health and nutrition, exercise and other wellness activities
Social Program - cards, worship services, resident meetings, movie nights and various local entertainment coordinated by tenant volunteers
Meal Plan - operated through the on-site restaurant
