Service Description: Partners with the criminal justice system and the mental health system to provide direct service to people who have a serious mental illness, developmental challenges, or brain injury who have been charged with a minor offence * program promotes treatment and rehabilitation to prevent recidivism

Special assistance to people with mental illness who have come in conflict with courts, providing court diversion, pre-charge diversion, case management, support and consultation through the criminal justice system

Eligibility / Target Population: Adults, youth and families who are affected by substance use and dependence, gambling/behavioural issues, and/or mental health concerns
