A central point of access for information, referral, and navigation of the health and social systems for the Francophone community in London and surrounding area
Clients are provided with information on services, referrals, or direct service offerings for the following:
- Mental health and addictions services for young adults and older adults
- Mental health services for children and youth
- Chronic disease self-management services
- Health education workshops
- Employment and education supports
- Settlement services for newcomers and refugees
- Services and programs for older adults and their caregivers
- Services related to public health
