Service Description:	Assistance with applying to subsidized housing in St Thomas and Elgin County * access to resources, including apartment application requirements, current apartment and room rental listings, information on subjects related to obtaining and maintaining housing * linking with appropriate services such as income support

Eligibility / Target Population:	Adults and youth 16 years and older who are currently homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or who are inadequately housed * Includes anyone who is couch surfing, residing in a shelter or group home, renting a room, or who has been served an eviction notice * open to anyone regardless of mental health status
