Cases of suspected fraud and abuse of OHIP can be reported to the toll-free number or by email * examples of fraud may include:
- using someone else's OHIP card
- non-residents of Ontario knowingly receiving OHIP services when they are not eligible
- knowingly giving false information to the either the Ministry
