Service Description: Flexible program helps people with problems related to the use of alcohol, drugs (legal and/or illegal) supports people before, during and after periods of intoxication and/or the process of withdrawal * services provided by a team of registered nurses, delivering services over the phone, face-to-face and via Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) technology

Eligibility / Target Population: Must be 12 years of age or older and willing and interested in withdrawal supports, willing to reduce the use of harmful substances, deemed safe to withdraw in the community, and meet provincial standards of withdrawal management
