Service Description: HIV/AIDS outpatient clinic * counselling and support, health monitoring, assessments, and consultations with a focus on the psycho-social and medical aspects of HIV/AIDS * includes medical, psychiatric, nursing, social work, pharmacy, and nutrition services

Treatment of complications * drawing of blood for lab work * coordination of complex care, pharmacist consultations

Clinic also receives referrals for people with other acute and chronic infectious diseases

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
Application: Medical referral required * call for psycho-social and dietitian services
Eligibility / Target Population: People of any age infected or affected by HIV and their family and friends * must be HIV positive to access doctor services
Languages: English
Language Notes: Interpretation available upon request * advance notice appreciated
