Service Description: Sports training and competition for people with an intellectual disability * competitions held throughout the year * regional and provincial events on a rotating schedule

Active Start - Program for young athletes ages 4 to 7 focusing on developing fundamental movement skills like walking, running, jumping and balancing while having fun * times and locations vary * check website for more details
