Service Description: Independent body established to resolve disputes between residential landlords and tenants through mediation or adjudication * provides information concerning tenant and landlord rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) * processes applications to determine and regulate justified rent increases and jurisdiction for both landlords and tenants
