Service Description: Indigenous community resource center that promotes the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being of Indigenous peoples and more specifically the urban Indigenous population * monthly activity calendars posted on the Centre's website

Prenatal and Postnatal Health Program - Health, wellness and life skills program for Indigenous women who are pregnant or have given birth and their families * topics covered include cooking and nutrition , early childhood development, traditional crafts, prenatal exercises and classes, home and hospital visits, food stamps, breastfeeding counseling, elder relationships and traditional ceremonies

Life Long Care Program - Assists urban Aboriginal clients to live independently and provides services for the frail elderly, and clients who are chronically ill or live with physical disabilities
