Service Description: Enforces the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017 through inspections of enclosed workplaces, public places, schools and other places that are required to be smoke- and vapour-free * inspectors conduct inspections at tobacco and vapour product retailers to ensure vendor compliance with youth access and product promotion restrictions
