Specialized foster care program for children experiencing significant emotional distress, whose behaviour necessitates out-of-home placement in an alternate care program with appropriate treatment resources * 24-hour emergency response to all program foster homes * supportive services available within the context of the foster care program * trauma counselling for children and families * family life education programs
