Service Description: Programs for youth and adults living with disabilities in the areas of employment, training, adult education, adult day program, leisure, arts, volunteering, and fitness and wellness

Fitness - Personal training and group classes * fitness centre onsite and community-based programs

Counselling - Information and support to effectively deal with issues * topics include health and wellness, safety, daily living activities, social and sexual relationships, safety awareness and community involvement
 
ARTworks - Designed to engage people with disabilities in the arts and in leisure activities
 
Day Break - Supports for the activities of daily living and personal care
 
Learning Centre (Employment, Voluntarism and Adult Education Programs) - Employment and training programs
 
LIFEworks 2 - Promotes independence, personal growth and development in a fun environment giving tools to participate in the community
 
LIFEworks Programs - Promotes independence, personal growth and development in a fun environment giving tools to participate in the community
 
Pottery Studio - Fully equipped pottery studio * classes available for people with disabilities through Artworks program * classes open to public through Fanshawe College Continuing Education and London Clay Arts Centre * open studio times available for potters

Application: Call for appointment * no referral required * referrals accepted from community, family or school * participants responsible for their own transportation
Eligibility / Target Population: Youth and adults living with intellectual (including autism), physical and learning disabilities and individuals with mental illness.
