Service Description:

Help to buy, repair and maintain a wide variety of mobility equipment or devices that increase functional independence

Some devices that may qualify for funding include:

manual and power wheelchairs
walkers
floor patient lifts
commodes, tub transfer benches and raised toilet seats
transfer aids
scooters
replacement batteries
Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (KAFO)
Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO)
repairs for existing devices

Eligibility / Target Population:

People 19 years and older with a physical disability and in financial need that require the use of an assistance device
