Service Description: Support staff provide care for frail older adults or people with disabilities, who have difficulty caring for themselves, but who are still capable of living independently in their own home or apartment * personal support, care coordination, medication assistance, and security checks * scheduled and unscheduled visits * support staff available daily in the homes/apartments of clients
