Service Description:
|
Mental health support to adults with a serious mental illness
Assists people to maintain a good quality of life while living independently in their community * works with people to maintain their residence and navigate social services such as Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program * helps develop a supportive social network, manage daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, social skills, and develop new and effective coping strategies * access to a supportive advocate in times of difficulty or crisis

People 12 years and older who are affected by substance use and dependence or internet, gaming and gambling concerns * clients with minor mental illness are accepted
